1Where are you located? Do you do destination weddings?
We are based in Vancouver, BC, but we are available anywhere you need us! We have a strong liking for mountain weddings. Both of us love travelling and are open for all the adventures that a new destination can bring for capturing that picture for our clients.
2Are we able to customise one of the available packages or can you tailor one for us?
Absolutely! When you click on the ‘BOOK NOW’ option from our Package. It will take you to an online Booking Form where you may customise your package or select one from our most-booked packages. Fill your dates, preferences, along with the event details including the hours required for each session. You may also add any notes for us to go through about the event.
3Do you have Multi-Day coverage?
Yes, we do! However, make sure it is mentioned in your package. You can also include the Add-ons. But note that Add-ons are added on to a package and a single add-on alone is not valid.
4How can we book you?
You can clink on the ‘BOOK NOW’ link in our package or contact page. It will take you to an online Booking Form where you may customise your package or select one from our most-booked packages. Fill your dates, preferences, along with the event details including the hours required for each session. You may also add any notes for us to go through about the event. We know this is too much typing. But trust us, these little things matter, especially when it comes to documenting your Big Day. Send it across and one of us will get back to you.
5What are your payment terms?
We Kindly ask the 50% of the amount from your chosen package as the deposit amount to block the dates. Securing your spot is sometimes the best thing to do when you have a summer wedding or when you are getting married on those busy days of the year where many are. The remaining 50% to be paid two week before the event due date so that Febina can do a little dance!
6What is your turnaround/ Delivery window?
For weddings our usual turnaround is 4-12 weeks. That being said, we deliver that instagrammable picture very soon so that you can flaunt your Big Day among your IG circle!
7How do you deliver the final products?
We have a secure online portal that is protected with a username and password. This helps you share your Wedding moments and images with your family and guests. We would urge you to download and back up your images once you have received your gallery. But if something goes wrong, and you have lost/ deleted your data, we still have access to your gallery for 90 days after receiving your login details.
8How many images will I receive?
The number of images we deliver varies with different shoots/ events. Generally, we are able to provide 40-60 images per hour of shooting time for a session which is covered by two photographers. This may vary upon situations where photographers are not able to capture footage due to the crowd blocking the ceremony, or when the crowd just decides to push the photographers away. We can only humbly request them to provide space for us to do our job, which we will. However, in such conditions, it is the client's or their assigned wedding coordinators responsibility to manage crowd. Pictures will also be very few during dinner or buffet hours- mainly due to the cultural norms of taking pictures while eating considered inappropriate. For the pre-wedding/ outdoor session documented by one photographer, we will provide you 14-20 images.
9Do you ever deliver raw files/ footages?
To protect both our personal style and to protect the photography industry, we do not deliver raw files. This includes both photography and videography content. However, we will deliver you your edited, and colour graded images and/ or video footages of your Big Day!
10Can Do you reschedule if we had a bad weather?
We shoot all year round in varied weather conditions. That said, if we have a hailstorm or high winds, we may reach out to you about rescheduling to a better date.
11When is your best offer in the year posted?
We generally have two promotions- the Boxing day one and the Valentine’s day promotion. Both are our best offerings for the year.
